Well, it's been fun...

I won't be seeing you folks at the Great Plains Ren fest any more. The 'king/queen' decided they didn't like my part in a skit that didn't work as planned, lied about what happened. [as they have in the past] Eagle's Relm chose to ignore facts presented to them and to not investigate or ask others involved what really happened.I am now banned from any venue Eagle's Relm is involved with and, my group was apperently told they would no longer be allowed to perform as long as I was a member. So, the kangaroos of the court voted me out. |

You have our sympathy, Sir Mark. We too, have dealt with a variety of ego and envy problems in the past; some at various renaissance faires and others within our own group. For the past several years, though, we are happy to report that all is harmony within the riding court that is Have Court, Will Travel. Our home base is the nearly 3 year old Des Moines Renaissance Faire. Should you be traveling our way over Labor Day weekend, or any of the two weekends after that, pray visit our shire. We shall welcome you and show you a festival cast who all plays well together, coming together as a supportive family unit. We shall hope you can find the time to travel east.
